Speaker: Dr. Mi Young Kim, DMD, AFAAMP, CDT
Dr. Kim is a maxillofacial prosthodontist with specialized expertise in complex prosthetic rehabilitation, including intraoral and facial prosthetics for post-cancer care. She has advanced training in both prosthodontics and maxillofacial prosthodontics, which means she works with everything from dentures and dental implants to complex facial prosthetics like eyes, noses, and ears. She currently serves as a faculty in the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Cincinnati, where she actively participates in interdisciplinary care for patients requiring maxillofacial prostheses.
Dr. Kim completed her Advanced Education in Prosthodontics and a subsequent Fellowship in Maxillofacial Prosthodontics at the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB), where she also earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine. She previously served as an Assistant Professor at UAB’s School of Dentistry and has clinical experience in both academic and private practice settings.

Ted Raybould graduated from the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry in 1981. he completed two years of General Practice Residency at the joint University of Kentucky|Veterans Administration Program. He was in private practice in Paintsville, Kentucky for two years. He then served as a full time faculty member at the University of Kentucky serving in multiple roles including the Director of the General Practice Residency until his retirement in 2022. he currently works part/time in private practice.
